2. Scope of Services

The Company provides facilities management services to individual clients, private entities, and government bodies, including but not limited to:

7. Client Obligations

To ensure proper delivery of services, the Client agrees to:

• Provide the technical team with safe and reasonable access to the facility subject to the service.

• Provide the Company with accurate information regarding the facility, equipment, and any known hazards.

• Promptly report any faults or emergencies requiring urgent intervention.

• Settle financial dues in accordance with the agreed payment terms and deadlines.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the website’s content, including without limitation text, logos, designs, graphics, and software, are the exclusive property of the Company or duly licensed to it, and may not be used, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
